PeaceWin Nepal is a women-led, non-governmental, non-profit social organization. It was established locally in 2047 BS (26 September 1990) and officially registered with the District Administration Office, Bajura, on 5 Poush 2049 BS (20 December 1992 AD), with the vision of "Competent Individuals, Happy Families, and a Prosperous Society." The organization primarily works with disadvantaged and marginalized communities, particularly children and women, to promote and protect their social, economic, and cultural rights. Through integrated approaches, PeaceWin Nepal addresses critical social issues such as child marriage, Chhaupadi, malnutrition, gender-based violence (GBV), and caste, ethnicity, and gender-based discrimination.

In partnership with Plan International Nepal, PeaceWin Nepal has been implementing the "Girls Get Equal 2.0: Realizing Rights and Building Resilience (Abha) Project" since February 2025 in four local levels of Bajura District: Badimalika Municipality, Budhiganga Municipality, Triveni Municipality, and Gaumul Rural Municipality. The overall objective of the project is to empower adolescent girls and young women (aged 10 - 24 years) to become resilient and exercise their rights. PeaceWin Nepal hereby invites sealed open tenders/bids from eligible and qualified suppliers, firms, and companies for the supply of bench desks to support schools in Budhiganga Municipality and Badimalika Municipality.

Interested and eligible suppliers, firms, and companies are invited to download the Terms of Reference (ToR)/Bid Document and submit their bids along with all the required documents.

Bid/Quotation Submission Format

The quotation form can be obtained by submitting a written request to the PeaceWin Nepal Central Office, Martadi, Bajura, or the Provincial Program Support Office, Dhangadhi, Kailali, or by sending a request via email to [email protected]. The completed bid documents must be submitted no later than 5 August 2026, 5:00 PM (Nepal Standard Time).

Any inquiries, requests for clarification, or additional information regarding this tender may be submitted through the above email address no later than 2 August 2026. This invitation does not constitute any financial or contractual commitment on the part of PeaceWin Nepal. PeaceWin Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
