Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the annual brand and marketing strategy in line with company objectives.

Own the P&L view of marketing spend; plan and control budgets across ATL/BTL and digital channels.

Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives from concept to launch.

Drive trade marketing execution and distributor/retailer engagement to strengthen point-of-sale visibility.

Build the company’s digital and social media presence and consumer engagement.

Commission and use market research and competitive intelligence to guide brand decisions.

Manage, coach, and develop the marketing team.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

5 + years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in brand building, NPD launches, and trade marketing.

Strong analytical, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership skills.
