Position Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for Aloi that drive client acquisition, business growth, and brand visibility. The role combines identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, overseeing marketing initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of organizational sales targets, while working closely with product, operations and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships.

Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, cooperatives, enterprises, and strategic partners.

Lead client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Marketing & Brand Management

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Plan and manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, website content, and paid advertising.

Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and promotional content.

Manage the company’s online and offline presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and market insig

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field. Experience in banking, micro-finance or any financial institutions is preferred.

Experience managing strategic partnerships and corporate clients relationship.

Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify business opportunities.

Ability to develop brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all online and offline marketing channels.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand complex financial products and explain them clearly to clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
