We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, accounting, compliance, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will ensure financial stability, improve profitability, maintain statutory compliance, and support management with strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial policies.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Monitor accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and banking transactions.

Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management.

Manage working capital and oversee fund utilization.

Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost accounting (especially for manufacturing businesses).

Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

Implement and improve financial controls and accounting processes.

Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
