1. INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital invites bids from Nepalese interested eligible bidders to participate in bidding for the supply and delivery of Medicines and Surgical Items for INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital (INFN GPH), Pokhara, Shining Hospital INF Nepal Banke (SHIB), & Shining Hospital INF Nepal Surkhet (SHIS).

2. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the bidding documents from INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital (GPH), Pokhara; INF International, Jawalakhel; Shining Hospital INF Nepal, Banke; and Shining Hospital INF Nepal, Surkhet, upon payment of the applicable non-refundable tender fee for each package. The tender fee shall be deposited into the following bank account.

3. Bidders must submit original bank deposit voucher to obtain the bidding documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security, either in the form of a bank guarantee valid for at least 120 days from the bid submission deadline or by depositing the required bid security amount into the designated bank account.

4. The bidders shall submit the copy of PAN/VAT Registration, Company/Firm Registration, Department of Drug Administration Registration/Drug Manufacturing Industry Registration, Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2081/082, Audited Financial statement of FY 2079/80, 2080/81 & FY 2081/82, and not black listed in any procurement or authority.

5. Bidding will be conducted through the procedures as specified in INF Nepal Procurement Policy and is open to all eligible bidders.

6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend the bid opening meeting. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid. The respective bidder will be allowed to see his/her bidding documents only.

7. The bid is a single envelop system and can be evaluated on package/item-wise basis. Eligible Bidders may submit the bid for all packages/items (more than one place) or single package/item (bid for one location) or more than one package/items (more than one locations).

8. The bidder shall clearly specify if they are bidding for institutional supply of individual items in the remarks column of the form. Also bidder shall fill all the form with the MRP of the individual item and the actual bidding price.

9. INFN GPH reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

10. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

11. If any discrepancies or error seen in the bid documents, it will be dealt as per the provision stated in the Policy of INF Nepal.
