Outreach Officer (Social Worker/Senior Counsellor)

The Outreach Officer is responsible for coordinating community outreach activities, conducting awareness and advocacy programs, providing psychosocial support, facilitating reintegration and follow-up services, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote mental health and psychosocial well-being.

The position involves working closely with local governments, health facilities, One-Stop Crisis Management Centers (OCMCs), safe houses, community organizations, and other stakeholders to strengthen community support systems, facilitate referrals, and promote access to quality mental health services. The officer is also responsible for maintaining proper documentation, case records, and reporting while supporting the recovery, reintegration, and social inclusion of women and girls with mental health conditions.
