Position Overview

Jagdamba Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Finance Executive who is detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in Microsoft Excel. If you have a strong foundation in accounting and enjoy working with financial data and reports, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Finance Manager in day-to-day finance and accounting activities.

Support the MIS Manager in preparing reports, analyzing data, and maintaining financial records.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports using advanced Microsoft Excel.

Assist in financial reconciliations, documentation, and record keeping.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports.

Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify financial information.

Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting).

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial records.

Smart, proactive, and professional personality with excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
