World Vision International (WVI) Nepal is a part of the World Vision International global partnership operating in nearly 100 countries. WVI started its long-term development programme in Nepal in 2001 to contribute for well-being of children. At present, WVI Nepal has long-term development programmes in 17 districts, namely Udayapur, Sarlahi, Mahottari, Rautahat, Sindhuli, Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Lamjung, Jumla, Kailali, Kanchanpur, Achham, Doti, Dailekh, Jajarkot, Banke and Bajhang across the seven provinces of Nepal.

The Resource Development and Program Quality Director provides strategic leadership to strengthen World Vision International Nepal's resource mobilization, programme quality, and innovation. The role leads funding acquisition from institutional and private donors, ensures programme quality and donor compliance, strengthens design, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (DMEAL) systems, and oversees the Nepal Innovation Lab to drive innovation and evidence-based programming.

Leading efforts to acquire new international funding from existing and new donors. Tasks may include the following but not limited to:

Ensure all projects are aligned to the WVI Nepal country strategy and meet the relevant technical quality standards and compliance, leading team and facilitating Cross-Function collaboration with other departments, tasks may include the following but not limited to:

Streamline WVI Nepal’s design, monitoring, evaluation and learning systems, contributing to improved evidence for quality improvement, policy influence and international funding acquisitions, tasks may include the following but not limited to:

In collaboration with National Director, External Engagement and Strategy Director, Finance and Corporate Service Director, Field Operations Director and Senior MEAL Manager, support the successful implementation, review and reporting of country strategy and annual business plan, including but not limited to:
