You Will

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Provide accurate information about products and services

Follow up on customer concerns until resolution

Represent the company’s values and brand in every customer interaction

Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system

Prepare customer service reports and insights

Gather and analyze customer feedback for improvement

Job Specification

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s running preferred

Experience: 1 year experience in call centers, call handling, or customer service roles will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Nepali

Strong customer service orientation with effective listening & problem-solving skills

Polite, motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new processes.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with social media communication platforms (e.g., Meta and Linkedin)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
