KEY REQUIREMENTS

MBA (Finance) with 5–7 years or CA with 3–5 years of experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry

Strong expertise in financial reporting & budgeting

Excellent analytical, reconciliation & financial planning skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and analyze financial MIS, reports, and forecasts

Lead project budgeting, cost monitoring, and variance analysis

Oversee accounting operations, reconciliations, and AP/AR management

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies

Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to management
