Objective of the assignment

The overall objective of this consultancy is to facilitate a

participatory Community Disaster Readiness Graduation Assessment process by

reviewing and refining graduation criteria, assessing the readiness of

Community Disaster Management Committees (CDMCs), and providing evidence-based

recommendations to inform graduation decisions and future programming.

To achieve this, the assignment is driven by the
