Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Freelancer to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, interact with followers, and analyze performance metrics to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle queries quickly and efficiently and provide brilliant customer service. Provide the best customer experience through quality interaction with a positive impact.

• Manage social media in a timely manner

• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding customer problems.

• Identify, escalating arrangement issues, and reporting to the high-level management.

• Follow up on complicated customer calls where required.

• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.

• Manage administration, communication, and coordinating with internal departments.

• Research required information using available resources.

• Build sustainable relationships and engaging customers by taking the extra mile

• Communicate with customers through various channels.

• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Freelancer.

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.

• Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
