Job Summary

The Delivery Rider is responsible for picking up and delivering orders safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service. The role requires following assigned routes, maintaining delivery records, ensuring the safety of goods, and adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer orders within the assigned area.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages, food, documents, or other goods.

• Verify delivery details and collect signatures or proof of delivery when required.Deliver orders safely and on time to customers.

• Collect/verify payments and maintain delivery records.

• Follow company policies and traffic regulations.

• Maintain the assigned bike/scooter and provide excellent customer service.

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Requirement: Valid 2-wheeler/scooter driving license (Mandatory).
