Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue, expand the customer base, and strengthen brand awareness. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

• Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.

• Monitor competitors' activities and recommend strategies to stay competitive.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or other sales tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
