Job Summary

A Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. They help ensure a clean and organized work environment while supporting kitchen staff during food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas, floors, and equipment.

• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.

• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies in designated storage areas.

• Assist with basic food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.

• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked with cleaning supplies.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and support the kitchen team during busy periods.
