We are hiring a Sr. Sales Officer (Technical - PEB) for a manufacturing business specializing in PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) solutions. The role is ideal for a candidate who can drive technical sales, manage customer engagements, and convert inquiries into profitable orders under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage PEB sales leads by targeting construction, industrial, and commercial clients across assigned regions.

Conduct technical consultations with customers to understand requirements (dimensions, load assumptions, site conditions, timelines) and recommend suitable PEB solutions.

Coordinate with engineering and production teams to prepare and validate BOQs, drawings, material take-offs, and technical proposals for PEB structures.

Support the preparation of quotations and commercial offers, ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal pricing standards.

Follow up on RFQs and project milestones to secure purchase orders, including negotiation support with sales and contract stakeholders.

Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and pipeline status to forecast sales performance.

Ensure smooth order-to-delivery coordination by aligning sales commitments with manufacturing readiness, documentation, and dispatch timelines.
