International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.
For the following positions, INF Nepal is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who shares our vision, mission, and values.
1. Position
Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant
Location
Bijayanagar Rural Municipality, Kapilvastu
The post holder will support the implementation of the project's monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) activities. The position is responsible for collecting, verifying, analysing, and reporting project data to ensure quality implementation of livelihood and disaster risk reduction interventions. The M&E Assistant will work closely with project staff, community stakeholders, and partner organizations to track project progress, measure results, and support evidence-based decision-making.

2. Position
Admin and Finance Assistant
The post holder is responsible to support daily administrative and financial operations by assisting with record keeping, data entry, basic accounting tasks, and office coordination. The role involves supporting budget and expenses tracking, processing payments, maintaining financial documents, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations, under the guidance of Admin Officer/Finance Coordinator and relevant staff.

Community Development Facilitator
Location
Khadachakra Municipality, Kalikot
The post holder is responsible to facilitate community mobilization, strengthen local ownership, build the capacity of community groups, and organize training, workshops, and awareness activities. The role also serves as a bridge between communities, local government, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of project activities and sustainable community development.

Community Development Facilitator
Location
Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality, Banke and Bijayanagar Rural Municipality, Kapivastu
To post holder responsible for mobilizing and supporting local communities in implementing project activities that promote climate-resilient agriculture, youth empowerment, sustainable natural resource management, and community resilience. The facilitator serves as the primary link between the project team, local governments, community groups, and beneficiaries, ensuring effective participation, capacity building, and successful delivery of project activities.
