Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.

• Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships.

• Assist in social media marketing activities.

• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

• Communicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service.

• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.

Education

• Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) completed.

• Bachelor's degree (completed or currently running) will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Freshers and Female are high encouraged to apply.

• Office hours Morning 7 AM to 3 PM
