Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will design attractive, responsive, and user-friendly websites that reflect each client’s brand and business objectives.

You will work closely with our web developers, content writers, SEO team, and project managers to transform creative concepts into fully functional websites. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and practical experience with modern web design tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Create modern, responsive, and visually appealing website designs.

Develop creative design concepts based on client requirements.

Design website layouts, landing pages, banners, icons, and other visual elements.

Prepare wireframes, mockups, user flows, site maps, and design prototypes.

Select appropriate colour schemes, typography, images, and design elements.

Ensure every website design aligns with the client’s branding.

Work closely with developers to ensure smooth and accurate implementation.

Test website designs across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.

Review existing websites and recommend design and usability improvements.

Maintain consistent design standards and best practices across projects.

Work with WordPress and other content management systems.

Keep up to date with current UI/UX trends, technologies, and international web standards.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Requirements and Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in web design, Graphic Design, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a web designer or in a similar creative role.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or other visual design tools.

Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Familiarity with WordPress and other content management systems.

Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.

Knowledge of UI/UX principles, website structure, and user-friendly navigation.

Understanding of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Basic knowledge of search engine optimization principles.

Excellent visual design skills and strong attention to detail.

Ability to accept feedback and make revisions professionally.

Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Creative, adaptable, and willing to learn new tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills

Experience designing WordPress and e-commerce websites.

Experience with Elementor or other WordPress page builders.

Knowledge of website speed optimization and accessibility.

Ability to create social media graphics and digital marketing materials.

A portfolio demonstrating previous website and graphic design work
