Short Description: Sparkle Kids Academy, located in Manbhawan, Lalitpur, Nepal, is seeking a passionate Classical Dance Teacher to join our team on a part‑time basis. The role involves nurturing young learners’ appreciation and skill in classical dance forms, fostering creativity, discipline, and cultural heritage.

Role & Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging classical dance lessons for children aged 4‑12, aligning with curriculum standards.

Demonstrate techniques, correct posture, and rhythm while ensuring a safe learning environment.

Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and develop individualized improvement plans.

Organize recitals, performances, and cultural events to showcase student talent.

Communicate regularly with parents about student achievements and areas for growth.

Maintain class attendance records, lesson plans, and required administrative paperwork.

Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate dance into interdisciplinary projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Dance, Performing Arts, Physical Education, or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in classical dance, preferably with children.

Strong dance expertise with a solid foundation in traditional techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.

Ability to work on-site at our Manbhawan campus and commit to a flexible part‑time schedule.
