Sparkle Kids Academy is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Taekwondo Teacher to join our team on a part‑time, on‑site basis. Located in Manbhawan, Lalitpur, Nepal, you will inspire young learners, promote physical fitness, and foster a disciplined yet fun environment where children can develop martial arts skills and personal confidence.

Role & Responsibility

Plan, deliver, and evaluate age‑appropriate Taekwondo classes for children ranging from beginners to intermediate levels.

Incorporate safety protocols, proper warm‑up routines, and injury prevention techniques in every session.

Provide individualized feedback to students, helping them improve techniques, forms, and sparring skills.

Collaborate with the academy’s teaching staff to integrate Taekwondo principles into broader character‑building programs.

Maintain accurate attendance records, progress reports, and communicate student achievements to parents.

Promote the academy’s programs through demonstrations, community events, and occasional workshops.

Uphold a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere that aligns with Sparkle Kids Academy’s values.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Education, Sports Science, or related).

Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Taekwondo to children.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.

Strong physical fitness and demonstrable mastery of Taekwondo techniques.

Effective time‑management skills to handle class scheduling and administrative duties.

Passion for youth development and a commitment to fostering a safe, encouraging learning environment.
