Soft Sparkles Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Multi Destination Counselor to join our team in Putalisadak, Kathmandu, Nepal. This full‑time, senior‑level position offers a fixed salary of 50,000 NPR and requires at least two years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and possesses strong education counselling and documentation skills to guide students toward their academic and career goals.

Role & Responsibility

Provide personalized counselling to students and parents on multiple educational destinations, program options, and admission processes.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ academic records, interests, and career aspirations to recommend suitable study paths.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including counselling reports, application forms, and follow‑up records.

Stay updated on admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, visa regulations, and educational trends across target destinations.

Collaborate with partner institutions, visa agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth application workflows.

Organize and lead information sessions, webinars, and workshops for prospective candidates.

Monitor and report on counselling outcomes, conversion rates, and student satisfaction metrics.

Requirement

Minimum of 2 years experience in education counselling or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Proven expertise in documentation and record‑keeping.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with students, parents, and partners.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work on‑site in Putalisadak, Kathmandu.
