Key Responsibilities

Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust API endpoints, web services, and backend logic using Python.

Architecture & Design: Apply solid object-oriented design principles and design patterns to build clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases.

Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries and utilize ORMs to interact seamlessly with relational and non-relational databases.

Collaboration & Agile: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.

Python Mastery: 3+ years of professional experience with Python, including deep knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and architectural design patterns.

Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS (S3, RDS, EC2, etc.), Azure, or Digital Ocean.

Containerization

Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

Databases/ORMs: Strong proficiency in querying databases using SQL and/or modern ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy, Django ORM).

API Development: Strong familiarity with RESTful API design, development, and standard documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).

Soft Skills & Methodologies

Methodology

Practical exposure to Agile/Scrum project execution frameworks.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to document technical workflows clearly.
