Job Summary

SKY WORLD TRAVEL NEPAL PVT. LTD. is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Air Ticketing Officer to manage domestic and international flight bookings, provide excellent customer service, and assist clients with reservations, ticket modifications, refunds, and travel-related inquiries. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Sabre/GDS, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings.

Make flight reservations using Sabre/GDS.

Calculate fares and provide travel quotations.

Process ticket issuance, reissue, cancellations, and refunds.

Assist customers with flight changes and travel inquiries.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

Coordinate with airlines regarding reservations and ticketing.

Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking process.

Support the team with other travel-related administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

Minimum +2 completed (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Experience in air ticketing or the travel industry is preferred.

Knowledge of Sabre GDS or other airline reservation systems.

Good command of English and Nepali (spoken and written).

Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Email.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
