Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Roblox Role Player to perform scripted gameplay scenes for YouTube videos. The ideal candidate will work from our office using multiple Roblox accounts on a PC, following detailed scripts, character movements, camera angles, animations, and timing to produce high-quality content. No voice acting or face camera is required.

Key Responsibilities

Perform scripted Roblox gameplay scenes accurately.

Follow detailed instructions for character movements, animations, camera angles, and timing.

Operate multiple Roblox accounts simultaneously on a PC.

Repeat scenes as needed to achieve the required quality.

Coordinate with editors and scriptwriters during production.

Maintain consistent video quality and production standards.

Meet assigned production targets and deadlines.

Follow company guidelines and workflows throughout the production process.

Requirements

Intermediate English proficiency.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to use an Xbox controller on a PC.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Comfortable managing multiple Roblox accounts simultaneously.

Reliable, disciplined, and committed to long-term employment.

Own transportation to the office.

Minimum 1-year commitment.

Training

One-week unpaid training provided.

Training includes script interpretation, gameplay workflow, camera control, and production standards.

Working Hours

Flexible working schedule.

Full-time (8–9 working hours per day with a 1-hour break).

Salary & Benefits

Salary

NPR 25,000 per month (Negotiable).

Performance-based salary increment.

Performance bonus based on YouTube video milestones.

NPR 1,000 bonus for every company video that reaches 5 million YouTube views, with additional bonuses for higher milestones.
