Job Overview

Kora Mobility is seeking motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented Riders to join our growing ride-sharing fleet in Kathmandu Valley. As a Rider, you will provide safe, reliable, and professional passenger transportation services through our partner ride-hailing platforms while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with strong earning potential, career growth, and comprehensive company support, including a company-provided electric scooter, accommodation, meals, and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, efficient, and professional passenger transportation services through ride-sharing platforms.

Accept and complete ride requests promptly while maintaining high service standards.

Navigate efficiently using GPS and mobile applications to optimize travel routes and minimize passenger wait times.

Deliver a courteous, respectful, and customer-focused experience throughout every journey.

Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company operating policies.

Maintain accurate trip records and promptly report any incidents, vehicle issues, or operational concerns.

Perform routine pre-ride inspections and ensure the assigned scooter remains clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.

Maintain high ratings and uphold Kora Mobility's standards for professionalism and passenger satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of scooter riding experience (ride-sharing, commercial riding, or equivalent experience preferred).

Minimum educational qualification

SEE/SLC.

Valid two-wheeler driving license.

Good knowledge of Kathmandu Valley's roads and traffic regulations.

Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and ride-hailing applications.

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Punctual, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety.

NPR 25,000 – 70,000+ (based on performance)
