This full‑time, on‑site role combines creative content production with front‑desk responsibilities, offering a salary range of NPR 17,000 – 25,000. Role & Responsibilities

Develop engaging marketing content—including short videos, graphics, and social media posts—to promote Yango’s services.

Manage the front desk: greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle daily administrative tasks with professionalism.

Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials that support lead generation and customer acquisition.

Edit photos and videos using industry‑standard software to ensure high‑quality visual assets.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

Assist in organizing and executing small‑scale events or webinars, including public speaking when needed.

Maintain an organized reception area and keep records of visitor logs and correspondence.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Less than 1 year of work experience; internships or volunteer projects in marketing are a plus.

Basic skills in video editing and photo editing.

Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas for campaigns.

Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected situations calmly.

Excellent customer service orientation and good communication skills.

Comfortable with public speaking and representing the company at the front desk.

Proficiency in marketing concepts and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
