This full‑time, on‑site role involves producing engaging visual content and presenting video material that showcases our real‑estate projects, enhances brand visibility, and drives sales and marketing initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and publish high‑quality video content for social media, website, and advertising campaigns.

Present property tours, client testimonials, and promotional segments in a compelling and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with overall digital marketing and advertising strategies.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all media platforms.

Manage media relations by coordinating with external agencies, influencers, and press when required.

Monitor video performance metrics and adjust content strategy to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging video formats, and digital advertising tools to keep our content fresh and competitive.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, video production, or on‑camera presentation.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in media, communications, or related fields is a plus.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic graphic design tools.

Strong presentation and communication skills with a confident on‑camera presence.

Demonstrated ability in digital marketing, online advertising, and media relations.

Experience managing social media platforms and executing digital advertising campaigns.

Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
