Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Provide product information and help customers with their purchases

Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products in the store

Handle cash/QR payments and maintain daily sales records

Meet sales targets and support promotional activities

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

Must speak English confidently

Friendly personality and good communication skills

Basic knowledge of handling cash and digital payments

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus

Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn
