Role Description

  • Manage and maintain Malvern’s global list of international recruitment agents, ensuring records are accurate, current, and compliant.
  • Coordinate the on boarding of new agents, including due diligence, reference checks, and internal approvals.
  • Prepare, issue, and manage agent contracts and related documentation.
  • Ensure contracts are fully resolved, stored correctly, and renewed or updated in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate agent data across internal systems, databases, and shared platforms.
  • Act as a key point of contact for agent contractual and administrative queries.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across recruitment, admissions, finance, and compliance teams.
  • Monitor agent compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Support audits, reporting, and reviews related to agent performance and compliance.
  • Ensure all activities align with higher education regulations, ethical recruitment practices, and data protection requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of agent management processes and documentation.
  • Support the existing team in the conversion activity of students.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the line manager for this role.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience, preferably in education, business, or a related field
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex documentation accurately
  • Highly organised, diligent, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong administrative and data management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and database/CRM system.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing contracts, partnerships, or international agents, ideally within higher education or international education.
