Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging English learning content for learners across different CEFR proficiency levels (A1–C2).
  • Create conversation and reading practice materials based on designated learning objectives and language competencies.
  • Design content that emphasizes targeted grammatical structures, vocabulary, and communicative functions.
  • Supervise and mentor content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the content development process.
  • Review and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, clarity, and alignment with curriculum standards.
  • Listen to and evaluate recorded audio materials to identify pronunciation, fluency, grammar, pacing, or recording quality issues before publication.
  • Coordinate with the Content Lead to ensure timely completion of assigned content development projects.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, formatting, and educational quality across all learning materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve learning resources and learner experience.
  • Assist in developing content guidelines, templates, and quality assurance processes.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Content Lead.

Job SpecificationEducation

  • Bachelor's degree in English, English Education, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, ELT, Education, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in English content development, curriculum design, educational publishing, or English language teaching.
  • Prior experience supervising or mentoring content teams is preferred.
  • Experience developing CEFR-aligned learning materials is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of CEFR proficiency levels and English language pedagogy.
  • Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing.
  • Experience creating educational content for language learners.
  • Ability to proofread, edit, and quality-check written and audio content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital education platforms is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation tools is a plus.
