About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy meeting people, and are passionate about achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Visit clients and build long-term customer relationships.

• Promote and sell the company's products and services.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.

• Submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with regular field visits to clients.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Understanding of CRM systems and their business applications.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use digital tools and software.
