Core Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop social media content, including post ideas and captions
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for social media
• Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis
• Coordinate with the graphic designer and website designer for daily operations.
• Assist in organizing the seminar, including overseeing the overall contents for social media and coordinating with the team members.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management
• Coordinate with the senior team and execute new strategies to align with overall business objectives

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Bachelors Complete
• 3-4 years of experience in Social Media Handling & content writing
• Proficient in Canva and CapCut,
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
