Key Responsibilities;

• Deliver product and sales training to promoters, GTM teams, internal office staff, sales teams, FSMs and retail partners.
• Design training materials, including product modules, sales techniques, competitive analysis, and brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute training sessions, assessments, and knowledge checks to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, and prepare detailed performance and feedback reports.
• Conduct market visits to identify training needs, provide on-the-job coaching, and support performance improvement.
• Support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities through targeted training initiatives.
• Assess promoter performance in terms of product knowledge, sales skills, store execution, and brand visibility.
• Develop engaging learning tools such as presentations, quizzes, case studies, and role-play exercises.
• Continuously update training content based on product updates, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate closely with sales, regional, and internal teams to align training with business objectives.
• Localize and adapt headquarters’ training content to suit the Nepal market.
• Maintain training records, attendance reports, and certification tracking.

Requirements;

• At least 3 years of experience in smartphone industry or strong understanding of smartphone products and components.
• Prior experience in training, coaching or facilitation is an advantage.
• Proven ability to coach and influence diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Nepal.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory
