The UK Counsellor will advise prospective students on study opportunities in the United Kingdom, including course selection, university options, and application requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-to-one counselling sessions, responding to inquiries, and guiding students through application and documentation processes. The role involves organizing and participating in information sessions, maintaining accurate student records, and coordinating with internal teams and UK institution partners. The counsellor will also provide visa guidance, keep up to date with UK education policies, and contribute to outreach and marketing activities related to UK study programs.Qualifications

• Strong counselling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand student needs and provide clear, unbiased guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident presentation abilities and professional email and phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of UK higher education systems, application procedures, and student visa requirements, or willingness to learn these in depth.
• Ability to manage multiple student cases, maintain accurate records, and use basic office and CRM software effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counselling, Management, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in student counselling, overseas education consulting, or customer-facing advisory roles is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive support for students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in a full-time on-site environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
