Job PurposeThe Area Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring excellent after-sales service performance within the assigned territory by supporting dealers and workshops, improving service quality, enhancing customer satisfaction, achieving service KPIs, and implementing service standards.Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve the service performance of assigned dealerships and authorized workshops.
• Conduct regular dealership visits to ensure compliance with service standards and SOPs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex vehicle issues.
• Analyze service performance indicators such as CSI, repeat repairs, productivity, warranty claims, and service revenue.
• Plan and conduct technical training for service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
• Ensure proper implementation of new service campaigns, technical bulletins, recalls, and product updates.
• Monitor warranty claim processing and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with Spare Parts and Sales teams to improve service operations and customer experience.
• Support dealers in workshop management, manpower planning, tools, and equipment utilization.
• Investigate major customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare periodic service reports, market feedback, and improvement action plans.
• Promote Yamaha genuine spare parts, lubricants, and value-added service programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
