Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for two-wheelers and accessories.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive buying experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of motorcycles, scooters, accessories, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with the service department for vehicle delivery and after-sales support.
• Oversee documentation related to vehicle sales, financing, insurance, and registration.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Organize promotional events, test rides, and marketing activities to increase showroom footfall.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Train new sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Coordinate with finance partners for loan processing and customer approvals.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
