We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relations Officer with 2–4 years of experience to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banking partners, and strategic stakeholders while ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, BFIs, cooperatives, fintech partners, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Conduct regular client meetings and visits to strengthen partnerships and identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product, Project, Technical, and Support teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and business expansion.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, business correspondence, and client reports.
• Gather client feedback and market insights to support product and service improvements.
• Manage contract renewals, service agreements, and partnership documentation.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Client Relations, Corporate Relations, Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development.
• Experience working with banks, BFIs, fintech companies, payment service providers, or enterprise clients is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of relationship management and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
