Sales Officer – Retail Sales

📋 Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retail partners
• Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and branding at retail outlets
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and stock availability
• Conduct regular market visits and provide sales reports
• Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in paints, hardware, sanitaryware, bathware, or pipe fittings industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive and result-driven approach
• Good knowledge of local market and retail network
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
