📋 Job Description

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned regions
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
• Build and manage dealership/channel sales networks
• Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
• Promote and sell products effectively to potential customers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and update management regularly

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Officer in any field OR at least 3 years of experience in e-rickshaw and parts sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Experience in field sales, lead generation, and dealership/channel sales
• Basic understanding of e-rickshaw mechanics, batteries, and spare parts (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
• Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid two-wheeler driving license
• Local candidates will be preferred
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
