• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a QC & Production Assistant Manager or relevant position in manufacturing environment, preferably in the Mineral Water, Flour, FMCG, or Food Processing Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall production and quality operations to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

• Plan and execute production activities in line with business requirements and operational priorities.

• Ensure products meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve production and business objectives.

• Monitor manufacturing performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

• Oversee workforce planning, team supervision, and operational discipline within the production function.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality systems, and statutory requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and operational excellence.

• Prepare and review operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Lead and mentor the production and quality teams to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Mineral Water, Flour, FMCG, or Food Processing Industry.

• Proven experience in leading production and quality teams.
