📋 Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive bulk/wholesale sales.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and client databases.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Explore new market segments and expansion opportunities.

✅ Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, food distribution, or poultry/meat industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and distribution networks.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Experience in handling bulk/wholesale food products.
  • Established network within retail, HORECA (Hotels/Restaurants/Catering), or distribution sectors.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and cold storage logistics.
