Job Summary

• > Seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Designer to create visually engaging designs and motion content that strengthen our brand presence and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, experience in animation and video editing, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual content.

Key responsibilities

• > Design creative assets for digital platforms, social media, websites, print materials, and branding requirements while ensuring brand consistency

• > Develop motion graphics, animations, and video creatives for marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• > Create engaging visual content for advertisements, presentations, promotional materials, and corporate communications

• > Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to translate concepts into compelling visual designs and multimedia content

• > Edit and enhance videos, animations, and graphics for various digital platforms

• > Maintain and update design libraries, templates, and brand guideline materials

• > Ensure all creative outputs align with company branding and communication standards

• > Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output

• > Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• > Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field

• > 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or a similar role

• > Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, animation, and video editing projects

• > Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

• > Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling

• > Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation techniques

• > Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• > Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills Preferred Skills

• > Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design and prototyping tools

• > Knowledge of 2D/3D animation and advanced video production techniques
