About Role

Jara Tech is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into compelling visual stories. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to create engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

You will edit a wide range of content, including commercial advertisements, social media campaigns, corporate videos, promotional videos, podcasts, interviews, documentaries, product videos, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for commercial, corporate, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, Tik-Tok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, & LinkedIn.
• Edit promotional videos, product showcases, testimonials, podcasts, and brand stories.
• Perform professional color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and sound synchronization.
• Add motion graphics, animated titles, captions, transitions, and visual effects where appropriate.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Organize project files and maintain an efficient post-production workflow.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content strategists to deliver impactful visual content.
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, storytelling techniques, and social media best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong storytelling and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading is an advantage.
• Good understanding of pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a passion for producing high-quality content.
