📋 Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence in assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure a smooth supply of products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, distribution channels, and market expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Must have a valid driving license and personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
