Direct Sales Representative (DSR)

📋 Job Description

• Visit assigned market areas and retail outlets on a regular basis.
• Promote and sell company products to retailers and distributors.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Open new retail outlets and expand market coverage.
• Ensure proper product availability and range selling in existing stores.
• Maintain good relationships with shop owners and customers.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities to the supervisor.
• Maintain sales records and submit daily reports.

✅ Job Requirements

• Intermediate completed or Bachelor’s degree running/completed.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage or FMCG sales.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.
• Must have a smartphone for reporting and communication.
• Willingness to travel and visit market outlets regularly.
