Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Prepare accurate invoices and process billing using POS/ERP software.

Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions.

Maintain daily sales and billing records.

Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom is clean and organized.

Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability.

Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
