We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Hotel Travel Inn. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in a 2-star or 3-star hotel and possess strong leadership, guest-service, operational, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Manage and coordinate front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other hotel operations.
• Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, hospitality, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and motivate hotel staff and ensure proper work allocation.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor room occupancy, reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest feedback.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities are maintained properly.
• Monitor hotel expenses, inventory, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with management to improve hotel performance, service quality, and profitability.
