📋 Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selection
• Handle onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and HR support
• Utilize modern recruitment tools and platforms for talent acquisition
• Support overall HR functions including employee engagement and performance tracking
• Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience as an HR Officer (recruitment & onboarding focused)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and HR software
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
