Validation Agent

📋 Job Description

• Perform data validation and verification of customer or operational information
• Review and ensure accuracy of records, documents, and entries
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information in datasets
• Maintain proper documentation and update records in the system
• Prepare reports based on validation findings and submit to supervisors
• Coordinate with internal teams for data clarification and correction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data handling procedures
• Handle assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Use MS Excel and other tools for data analysis and reporting

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree running or +2 completed
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
